COVID-19 precautions and support
With COVID-19, you might have questions. Can I still get help for my low vision? Will I be able to test out equipment in person? And if I do visit, how will you be keeping me safe?
Here’s the latest, updated as the situation changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call.
Set up an in-person appointment
You can visit us in person at any of our locations. It’s by appointment only, with special protections for your health and safety. We sanitize equipment between visits, for example, and enforce social distancing by only allowing two people on site during your visit—you and a friend, family member or caregiver.
Here’s what to expect
• When you arrive, you’ll need to call reception to meet you at the door and let you in.
• Then we’ll check your temperature.
• We’ll require you and your guest to wear face masks throughout the visit—and we’ll be doing the same.
If you’re not feeling well, please call us to cancel your appointment. We don’t mind—we’d rather everyone stay safe!
Set up a televisit
You don’t have to wait until COVID-19 is over to get help for your low vision and restoring your independence.
Call us to set up a televisit appointment and get started. Our associates are skilled at walking you through our extensive line of adaptive devices and addressing any questions you might have. We all experience low vision in some way, shape or form, so chances are, we’ve used these devices ourselves.
