COVID-19 precautions and support

With COVID-19, you might have questions. Can I still get help for my low vision? Will I be able to test out equipment in person? And if I do visit, how will you be keeping me safe?

Here’s the latest, updated as the situation changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call.

Appointments aren’t required, but are encouraged.

You can visit us in person at any of our locations. Appointments help us maximize your health and safety by allowing you to shop without other customers in store, and ensure we’ve had time to properly sanitize equipment between visits. When you arrive, we’ll greet you with a mask on. While we do not require masks for customers, we strongly encourage them to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We no longer check temperatures, but if you’re not feeling well, please stay home and call us to cancel if you’ve set up an appointment.

Televisits remain an option.

You don’t have to wait until COVID-19 is over to get help for your low vision and restoring your independence.

Call us to set up a televisit appointment and get started. Our associates are skilled at walking you through our extensive line of adaptive devices and addressing any questions you might have. We all experience low vision in some way, shape or form, so chances are, we’ve used these devices ourselves.
